Please use the following procedures when canceling of an Umpire
becomes necessary:

1. If cancellation is known 1 ½ hours prior to the game, please call
Pam and she will cancel the umpire for you.

2. If Pam or umpires can not be reached, a Manager/Coach must
remain at the field and wait for the umpires ( they usually will arrive
15 minutes prior to game time) to cancel a game.
