Registration Fees to view the league fees by age group.

  Player Registration Form this will allow you to print out a Player
 Registration and Medical Release form. Fill it out and bring it to
 tryouts or mail it to our league mailing address.

  Manager Application Form this will allow you to print out a
  Manager Application form. Forward this information to a
  Team Manager/Coach or mail it to our league mailing address.

  ANYONE planning on coaching in a Bothell Baseball Leauge
  must fill out and submit a background check form to the
  Washington State Patrol(for more information about the background
  check, see the Washington State Patrol Web site). Please download,
  print, fill out and submit this background check form, and then mail
  it to the Washington State Patrol. Their address is on the form.
